Before answering the question, let me start with some facts which should be considered about the issue. First of all, let me mention that nobody is perfect. A human being can never be perfect, only God. fortunately, since the pharaoes, nobody has been considered to be god. If somebody reckoned to be perfect of god, that individual would be more half-witted than others.

As regards the main subject, a long list can be written about what an ideal boss could be. For instance, an ideal boss should be an average person, whorelises his faults. He should make mistakes, and admit them. A positive character would be if he new his own limits. a suitable boss also should realise and confess his weakness.

Let me analyse the boss’ attitude and relationship to his collegues. imagine, a boss exists, who asks’ the work-mates opinion, listens to different ideas befor making decision. Not only could he organises tasks among the staff, but also he would have enough courage to tell critics. He would be very helpful, what I mean is that he would help to improve paersonally and accept that other people can do or know things well, as well.

Nevertheless, on the other side, it is easier to say, what a marvellous boss should not be done; like shoud not be bossy, too strict, unemotional and so on. Bosses could be as cold as an ex-wife’s heart, which is not too positive, beacause his employees get used to hate him. The more he would talk to his work-mates, the better they would fancy him. He should count his collegues as humans and should not only as workers.
