Traditional sports vs. extreme sports

To begin with the begining let me mention that sports are very elementary, because it trains your body and it promises healthy life. You can do any sports depending on your age and status of your health. The youth fancy basketball, football, handball, volleyball and other ball-games. Older men usually prefer to practise those sports done with less movement, than other activities such as golf, chess and table tennis. Extreme sports are loved by lots of people, but those are generally dangerous. For instance deep-water diving, mountain climbing, bungee jumping, parachutting, skiing, snowboarding, kiting etc.
Traditional sports such as swimming, athletics, ridding, wrestling, boxing are already done in the ancient Greek Olimpic Games. The more you do sport, the more graceful, and the more trained you can become. Personally, I think that the idea of Olimpic Games means that people don’t fight with each other, but compete in sports. Peace and equality are published among all countries.
I suppose, that extreme sports are liked by brave people because the adrenalin level is raised in dangerous situations. What I mean is that if you tried them, you would be given a phenomenal feeling and it means a fantastic adventure.
The difference between extreme sports and normal sports are nexts: extreme sports could be more expensive and more dangerous. They are needed expensive equipment, tools. I’d like to point out that in extreme sports are taken a huge risk. I’d suggest that you only try them, if you got ready for them.
In my opinion the sport is important for people because everybody have to move their body to become fit. Not only are extreme sports very dangerous, but also they are exciting, so as far as I’m concerned maybe I will try one of them. Speaking for myself I like playing basketball, and volleyball.
